Very disappointing experience. I notified the company that the property had been sold and requested that the pool service and recurring payments be canceled. However, they continued charging me. I spent a month and a half repeatedly requesting a refund and asking them to stop the payments, but the issue was still not resolved. I finally had to contact my bank and dispute the charges. The billing practices and lack of responsiveness were unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.

I’d choose all 5 if I could. This company is so incredibly organized with easy monthly billing. I also receive a text and picture of the pool once it’s done each week. This is an A+ company and I’m so happy to have found them through our local Nextdoor app. I have referred to others and will continue to do so! I highly recommend this company for all of your pool needs.
