their opions didnt work for me. one option could have been tthat day but wasnt guaranteed and didnt know if it would work to stop the leaks. even though he claimed not to be pushy, I felt he was
Very quick response. Explained everything in full, not complex detail. Professional.
Elijah and his crew quickly responded to my request for help clearing an ice jam on my roof that had trigged a leak in my living room. While they were here, we negotiated additional work removing all the ice and snow buildup on the entire roof, including putting approximately 100 pounds of ice melt up there to help speed up the thawing of my frozen gutters. Leak is now fixed and the killer icicles have been removed. Great work.
Elijah with sealed tight was very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual ,definitely will be using sealed tight again in the near future ....A + work.....I definitely recommend for your roofing needs.....
Highly recommend Sealed Tight Roofing for all your exterior needs. Great customer service and quality work. Elijah made this experience very quick and easy. Will definitely be using this service in the future as well.
Elijah and his team were able to come out and repair my roof fully within a two week period. Very responsive and worked around my schedule to ensure we were on the same page. Roof looks great and no more leak. Would definitely work with them again
Elijah was a very honest straight shooter. We had some roofing issues and he told me exactly what the job was and what it entailed on the estimate visit. When he came back to do the work, his worker was very experienced and did an excellent job. I trust this company based on the work they did. I will reach out to them first on any future roofing or other projects that we may have that they do.
I had a roof problem that had evolved over two years from a minor annoyance to a fairly serious problem. Sealed Tight checked it out yesterday afternoon by this afternoon it was fixed and done, the house is quiet and I’m going to take a nap. Should have called Sealed Tight two years ago.
Sealed Right came out the day I called to fix the issues on the roof. They were able to find some additional issues and fix them quickly. A family run company that seemed to care about me and my family.
I was very impressed with Elijah's knowledge and professionalism, he was with me through the complete roof replacement. I am very appreciative!!!
I was impressed with the quick response to my request. I was called the same day and my roof was soon after inspected and measured. I had a deadline from my insurance company and Sealed Tight Roofing completed my job well ahead of it. I also liked having the process explained to me and having everything put into writing. Elijah kept me updated, sent the photos I had requested and offered to answer any questions I might have. Great customer service. I recommend them highly.
Got a quick response once I submitted project. Elijah was great in explaining options and the pros and cons of each one. Also provided me with a fair cost estimate. Thank you
We have been battling leaky windows on the third floor of our house for a while and Elijah came by and found the problem right away. And fixed it all in one visit. Saved me so much time and hassle. I highly recommend!
great guys explained my options did an awesome job highly recommend
They did a good job. Fixed up my flat roof. No problems an I’m writing this review 10 months late.
The epitome of professionalism in everything that was done. From my first contact to the completion of the job.
Sealed Tight did a complete remove and replace on our roof in one day . no surprises giving an honest estimate and sticking to it . cleaning up every thing .a very smooth job . we are happy customers .
We developed a problem with our roof that needed immediate attention. Elijah came out, examined the roof, and explained what the problem was. He emailed a very professional estimate. We accepted the terms. He arrived on the day he said he would. He and his coworker finished the project and we are very satisfied.
Elijah and his team were great and very professional!!! I reached out to them after a very cold day causing my gutters to freeze with ice and ice to freeze on the side of my building and walkway. They were able to squeeze me in and get the job done the next day. They even put some special salt down to get rid of all the ice on the walkway the same day of the estimate. They completed the job in about 2 hours and days later I have no issues at all. They also provided a very reasonable price for the work. I am so thankful for Elijah!!!. If it wasn’t for him being so understanding of the urgent situation, one of my tenants could have hurt themselves badly. Thank you so much!!
