DO NOT HIRE this guy or his daughter . He could not finish or properly build a simple deck . When I called out major issues He packed up and left He is not mentally competent. I really tried to give this guy a chance but I could not live with myself knowing he could screw another person over like he did to us and I didn’t say anything Trust me ! Don’t hire this guy !

I contacted Sean two weeks ago for some help with vinyl siding. It was too small of a job for him but he offered to bring the scaffolding by and set it up so I could complete the job myself. So we coordinated our schedules. Told me to call him at 5:45 a.m. on Sunday morning and he will be here by 7:00 am. He called me at 7:45 saying he was packing the truck. He'd be there by 9:00. At 9:20 he called me and asked me if I had any 8 ft or 16 ft planks that he could use? Long story short, he came about 10:30 with planks and scaffolding that was too small for the job, even though I sent him a picture. When he arrived, he was very agitated and very condescending to me. While he was speaking to me about the job, he realized the scaffolding was too small and said he'd be back in the afternoon. Then he texted me and said he didn't have anymore scaffolding that would work for my job. I would not recommend hiring.

Working with Sean was great. I wasn’t sure if I needed to have my gutters replaced or if they were able to be repaired. He responded quickly to my request and assessed the job the next day. He communicated his progress, explained the work he was doing and showed me what was needed to fix the gutters. He was reasonably priced, went above and beyond by cleaning the outside of the gutters that were stained from water pouring over the side. I appreciated his attention to detail!! What a difference clean gutters makes on a house. I would absolutely call Sean again.
