This is the second time I have used Sears. I have a double door and the second one needed repaired. The quality of work and price point from sears is why I will keep going back to them. They are fair and don't try and upsell
Greg did an outstanding job repairing my garage. He was fast, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain everything along the way. On top of that, he is a genuinely good person and a cool guy to talk to, and I highly recommend him if you want quality work from someone you can trust.
Shane was a pleasure to work with. He listened and answered my questions.
Shane and Misha were great from the purchase through scheduling the install and completion of install. Professional, quality work and great customer service. We fully recommend Sears Garage Doors.
Sears (Shane) arrived per the agreed schedule. Was completely prepared to tune up our aging garage door system. Suggested minor improvements we could make to ensure more years of usefulness. We are completely satisfied with the work!
I was expecting a surly curmudgeon at 8am but Shane was so friendly, got right to it. It was a bit more than I thought it would cost but door was holding my car hostage. Mikhail was hour early got right to it. He was friendly and professional.
Shane was great to work with, had an last minute appointment and was able to come same day and take care of my issue. I would not hesitate to use Shane or his company again.
Shane was super responsive and communicated throughout the entire process. Mike showed up, serviced the garage door and now it works great! Highly recommend!
It's just SO nice to have a positive experience, very appreciated! Quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value and punctuality all describe Mikhail, the tech who performed the work, and Shane, the owner. I will recommend them to all. My garage door is working perfect now.
