Dria kept in touch via Thumbtack messages throughout our interaction with her, from providing an estimate right up till she and her crew arrived at our door. When they approached the end of their window-cleaning job, they encouraged me to look over there work. There were a number of places where I thought the windows were insufficiently clean. To their credit, they spent an extra 45 minutes going to every window I pointed out an cleaning them again.
Hired them to build a loft bed and they took their time to get the job right. Reasonable pricing and very communicative.
They did such an amazing job! As a working mom, I haven’t had time to really clean like I used to. Second Chance Shine really gave me a break! I feel so much better in a clean home. They were fast, efficient, and very detailed. They used eco friendly products, especially since I have a 6 month old. I am definitely going to recommend them to my family and friends.
