The technician knew his stuff! He arrived within the timeframe. He was very good and diagnosed the problem quickly. I knew he would have to order parts so I was prepared to expect another visit. He ordered before he left and I paid half the cost… the price was close to the estimated amount and was in order for a job like this. I would definitely use Second Life again.
