I recently hired 365 Secure Home to install a security camera system at my home, and I had a great experience from start to finish! I had originally been considering purchasing a Lorex wired camera system and hiring someone to install it. After speaking with 365 Secure Home and comparing my options, I ultimately decided to go with their commercial-grade system instead. The equipment was a better option for my needs, and the included warranty gave me additional peace of mind. The installation process was excellent! They were professional, efficient, and completed the job in a timely manner. I appreciated being able to discuss the different options and make an informed decision about what would work best for my property. For anyone considering installing security cameras, I highly recommend speaking with 365 Secure Home before purchasing equipment on your own. It’s worth comparing the equipment quality, warranty coverage, and overall value of a professionally installed system. I’m very happy with my decision, the quality of the installation, and the overall experience. I would absolutely recommend them!

The work was completed with good quality and in time
Excellent job installing my security cameras. I would definitely recommend.
I was pleased with how the project was handled. They used cat 6 cable instead of the cat 5 that was provided. They also used their own stainless steel screws. I fully recommend them for security camera installations
Cory is very responsive. Except in these cases- Never received invoice a week in advance as indicated, or answers to my questions via the app. Would insist to call him, when it is clearly not needed if the questions would have just been answered on the app so I can make an informed decision.
Cory delivered what he promised. Work done quickly. Happy. Thanks
We’re so grateful for Cory’s strong work ethic! We were in dire need of cameras (right on Mother’s Day), and when we reached out, he immediately had Vinnie and Dusty come by the very next day to squeeze us in for our business. They installed everything quickly and efficiently — and even better, they left their work areas super clean! We’re not tech-savvy at all, so Vinnie texting us step-by-step instructions was a lifesaver. We never felt pressured into anything — it was just genuinely great work by a great team. Such a solid investment for both homeowners and small businesses. Highly recommend to anyone in a busy city like Oakland — you can never be too careful!
Cory was very quick to respond, within minutes. We connected and made an appointment, the work was sone quickly and efficiently!
