I’m rating Secure Home Improvements two stars. The project was to repair a leaky and rotten roof deck. The work was initially done incorrectly and had to be redone. To their credit, they did ultimately fix the poorly completed repairs, which I appreciate. However, the process to get there was frustrating and took much longer than expected. The contractor team canceled numerous times, often at the last minute. When work did occur, it felt rushed, and communication was sub-par throughout the project. This made coordination difficult and undermined confidence in the process. We obtained four estimates for our roof repair. Secure Home Improvements provided the most expensive and most detailed proposal, which led us to expect a high-quality result. Unfortunately, the initial work did not meet those expectations, and the delays and service issues compounded the problem. During the follow-up repair, I also needed to closely review the work to ensure it aligned with what was stated in the estimate and contract. Some issues were addressed only after I raised them, which added to the overall concern about quality control. While I do want to acknowledge that they eventually corrected the repairs, the overall experience was disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not work with them again.

They did an excellent job with the tile mural, making sure it was centered etc. They were very nice and clean up was good.
It was a joy working with Secure Home Improvement. The job to replace my existing fireplace to an electric insert went faster than I had anticipated and they did an awesome job. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again for future projects.
They could complete the work they set out to do, do better and more professional work. I had to take down the work they did as the drywall framing was not leveled or appropriate. In two weeks time they managed to put up one closet wall, and did not finish. They tried to nickel and dime me, saying that something we agreed to was going to cost me more. Then they stopped work, keeping the deposit (more than half of the quoted total). They never returned my condo key and key fob.
Secure Home Improvement met my expectations.
