Review: Unacceptable Service and Violation of Property Rights My experience with this service provider has been deeply disappointing. Delays, unprofessional behavior, and poor execution plagued the entire process. Key Issues: His brother entered my practice unannounced, shouting at me in front of patients and staff—disrespectful and unprofessional. Deliveries were late, installations incomplete, and workspace cleanliness ignored. Defective equipment was left unresolved, and after-sales support was nonexistent. A new technician resolved these issues for $450 with better service. Trespassing and Theft:He trespassed into my property without permission and removed a display screen. Such actions are illegal and unacceptable. Security System Access:His refusal to provide access to my camera system until payment was made violated my rights and HIPAA regulations. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience crossed all boundaries. Potential customers should be warned of this unprofessional and unethical behavior.
