Last 3 messages which was to schedule an appointment I received no response. So I googled the number and called to see when I can get them out and instead of setting my appointment the lady said she would find out who was messaging me on this app and have them call me back. No one called me back. Well already I can see they lack customer service skills so maybe they just did me a favor.

We then spray the upper perimeter of the property i.e. around the soffits. We also spend time to try to locate the source of the infestation outdoors, and treat wherever they are found. We treat both inside and outside of all lanais, even removing spiderwebs in those hard-to-reach areas of your pool cage. I love working outside in beautiful, sunny, SW Florida!

He did get rid of the bee's. He came on time, that was quoted. It only took him 5 to 8 minutes to spray the bee's. We thought the $250 was outrageous.

Kat the sales rep (who I thought was the Owner because she was so in control and on top of everything) was a pleasure to work with in getting the job booked! More over he was very friendly, professional and knew his product and industry as he was sharing technical information, and he was confident as in he knew what he was doing! They have come out twice, after the first treatment, Security Termite & Pest Control had to come back again. Although the ants were less, they were still present. After being told I had to wait 14 days from treatment to give the chemical time to work they came back (unannounced, luckily I work from my home and was able to let them in). We still to this day have ants, in-fact what got me to write this review was the fact that there are piles of them! Probably in the thousands! You should see the pictures@
