They basically no showed, wasting my morning telling me they'd show up. They originally said they'd be there at 9:30 a.m. I gave up at 2 p.m. when they still weren't there, last contact was at 12:45 p.m. when they said they'd be there in 20 minutes.
He gave me a low price that is not realistic without knowing anything about what is involved. It felt like bait and switch. My water heater is in the attic of my 2 story house. That usually adds to the price. There are variations on the exact same replacement water heater such as emergency shut off or wifi controls. When I said if I pick the one I want, what do you need from me, he responded with "the basics of installing a water heater". Which I took as childish and rude. Hence why I blocked him so I don't ever contact him again.
Made an appointment. Knowing that I have a small window I gave them plenty of time. Did not show up on time. Did not notify me. Asked me to find a different service during an urgent request.
This individual quoted me $600 to unclog 4 bathroom drains. Only 1 of which was actually clogged; the other 3 were preventive maintenance.
Came on time and did quality work. Kept work area clean

We had a great experience with Segura's Plumbing. They responded quickly to our request to have our PRV valve replaced. They made sure they knew what parts they needed before they started to replace the valve. They were professional and got the job done right.
I have a Palm Harbor home from the 1990s and the shower finally started leaking. I got a straightforward labor quote, and they got the parts same day while others said they would have to special order them and do the repair later. They offered a better price and got it done in one day, though they did have to do it in two trips. I would definitely call them again. They were not intimidated at all by my old setup. ☺️
