Anthony was SUPERB!! hibachi in my own outside kitchen, he provided 4 different proteins (fillet, salmon, shrimp and scallops) and all were done to perfection. The rice and the veggies were exquisite and the BANANA sushi for dessert, just topped the cake. WOW, I will totally use Chef Select again!!

Chef Brenda was kind, professional and punctual; however, we were very disappointed with the Organic Roasted Chicken and rice. The food was very very bland. My husband commented that we should have just ordered carry out from a restaurant as the quality was very poor, not worth the $300+ charged and not indicative of a meal professionally prepared. Finally, as we were eating dessert, the Chef announced that she was leaving and rolled her bag thru the dining room in front of our guests. I truly don't think she understood how that appeared.
Loved the experience and the food was amazing with the freshest ingredients!
