They quoted us $150 to clean out the gutters on a tiny house with a walkable roof. He got out there and then called us and told us it would be $250 to do the job because there was some pine straw on the roof as well. That should be included in the gutter cleaning like every other company we've ever used. Look out for the bait and switch.
