Sergey was very responsive, attentive and helpful. He explained everything to ensure that I understood what he was doing. I would use Sergey again and recommend to anyone.
Sergey was very prompt and professional. I won’t hesitate to call him again
He did a great job he was quick very responsive he was very knowledgeable
Extremely responsive. I created my request and he came out to fix my issue all within less than 24 hours. I highly recommend and will use Sergei again.
Working with Sergey was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I had a broken exterior water line/spigot that became an urgent issue, and he responded quickly, diagnosed the problem immediately, and completed the repair professionally and efficiently. The quality of the work was excellent, everything was explained clearly, and the price was very fair and reasonable. It is hard to find someone who is both highly skilled and honest, but he absolutely was. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.
Came out quickly , found the issue, completed the repair, and cleaned up the mess. I thought his price was reasonable. I’ll call on him again.
Sergey plumbing is a great choice for your plumbing needs. I reached out to Sergey via thumbtack and responded within minutes, agreed on time he’d arrive and did the job well, fast and for fair price. Will be hiring him again in future for sink and tankless hot water heater install.
Great experience...showed us what the problem was and work was completed professionally. I definitely reccomend
Sergey showed up on time for the estimate but was ridiculously overpriced. He was very poor at communicating what needed done and seemed like he just didn't want to do the work and was just trying to make a quick $70 for the trip charge.
Sergey installed new toilet and garbage disposal for us. He knew what he was doing, very satisfied with his work. We would hire him again. Recommend him to anyone.
Replaced outdoor Faucets, and identified the need for a new water pressure valve. Current Valve was leaking in crawl space.
Sergey did great putting in a new vanity and bathroom all in one day.
I was very pleased with Sergey's work. He was very professional, punctual, and efficient. I had a leaky toilet. Initially, I thought it was the flapper. However Sergey was able to detect a less serious issue. I was happy that his instincts and plumbing knowledge were correct. I would definitely hire Sergey again for a plumbing problem if he is available.
I have no doubt that he would have fixed the problem, but his price was 3 times as much as much as what I paid to another plumber. He wanted $2000 dollars for a few hour job, and extra $300 for parts. The other plumber gave me receipts for the pipe he replaced. It was $44.14. He might be a good plumber, but he is way more expensive than others, and not honest about the cost of the parts. He charged me $70 for coming to look at the job. I paid that and I still saved over $1200 by hiring someone else. I can't recommend him.
I was remodeling my laundry room and hired Sergey to move the washer hookup and add a sink and floor drain. He responded quickly to my request for a quote and did the job the following week. He is knowledgeable and experienced. I had to contact him several times before the work got started and he always responded within minutes. Will definitely hire him again for my next plumbing job!
Sergey answered my request promptly, came when he said he would, kept me informed throughout the repair with pictures, and did excellent work, I will use him again if I need to.
Sergey and Dimitri were great to have fixing our plumbing. They worked thru until the job was done although it was a long day. We would recommend them without hesitation.
Sergey is very knowledgeable. Replaced toilet and did an awesome job. Reasonably priced as well!!
Thanks to Sergey's responsiveness and diligence in his work at our home. I will recommend his plumbing services to my friends and family.
