Working with Stephen on serving the defendant was phenomenal. My original server ABC legal failed to serve the defendant claiming the address was bad. Stephen did the required research and due diligence necessary to confirm the address and then successfully served the defendant. He also filed the proof of service with the courts electronically. I give him a five star rating because I found him to be professional, responsive, methodical and easy to work with.
I hired Stephen to serve small claims court papers to two public entities, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I gave him a month to complete the service, but he got it done in less than 3 days — incredibly fast and efficient. This was my first time filing a small claims suit, so I was quite anxious about the process and had a lot of questions.
