Overall, this was such a great experience! Amid was very professional with the initial quote and the initial setup. All of my questions were answered. I had additional questions after our initial consultation, and they were able to answer them in a timely manner. Tony did a great job and cleaned up very well after the installation of our new AC Unit and Furnace. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Job well done!! This was everything I was looking for when my whole 20-year old HVAC needed replacement during the summer. They were very responsive, provided quality work, and the price was unbeatable. I can’t say enough positive comments about Sai (owner) and this company. I will continue to use them for all my future HVAC needs, without hesitation. I had an HVAC full replacement, under 8K, after I had received estimates from other companies, including Costco, in the 20K range. ServiceCart was a surprisingly good choice when it comes to HVAC techs. My hvac got busted due to old age and had a leak and ServiceCart was quick to catch the problem and offer solutions. Mr Sai was very professional in his inspection and was very thorough about explaining the problem and the solution(get a brand new hvac). Even though it was a pretty penny the quality and value was unparallel. They even offered me a portable a/c to use for the time being before they could address the issue. They will be my new HVAC techs for maintenance for as long as I live in my current home. Thank you Service Cart.
I hired Service Cart to replace an ancient water heater, HVAC, and humidifier. They were so responsive, had an excellent quote, and the whole experience from start to finish was awesome - professional guys. They finished the work in a timely manner and took precautions to protect the floors. They also made sure to explain how all the systems worked and how they’re maintained. I followed up for additional details and to ensure that there is no additional/ hidden charges. Sia provided me the specs and ensured me that the price provided was final and are no additional/hidden charges. I then decided to go with Service Cart. 4 days after agreement, his team come out and replaced my system. They were very professional and did an excellent job.
