Great service overall. Angelo took care of my washer and dryer while I was moved out and got them factory reset for my renters prior to them moving in. Angelo replaced the springs in the washer to remove an Unbalance Error and cleaned all the lint out of the dryer. Overall, would hire again.

Unfortunately the plumbing work tha was done didnt correct the problem I was havng with the dishwaher.There is still standing water after the dishwasher finishes it's cycle. Also when the dishwasher goes in to rinse mode water comes up through both kitchen sinks. I didn't have that issue before.
Tech was knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed the issue, returned a couple of days later to repair. Completed the repairs, cleaned up when completed. Great Job. Will call them next time I have an issue.

Used to fix a dishwasher. Part that “broke” $289, reinstall dishwasher $189. Their service call $89. Declined to pay service fee and move on.

We had a noise issue with a dryer and the tech was able to come out quickly; had the problem solved in 15 minutes with minimal fuss. Took great care to not disturb the existing ductwork which was difficult to install originally. Great experience.
