Update: I had an issue with the technician that was sent to my house. I left a one star review because of the experience I had with this specific technician. I didn’t call the company about the experience - I just fixed my own issue and left a review. They called me immediately. Listened to what happened. Offered me a solution. The owner even came to my house to verify some of the work and apologize. They went above and beyond to correct the situation and it was greatly appreciated.
Easy and quick communication. Fair price. Would absolutely recommendation.

The estimator came out the very next morning after requested. He was professional, personable, and spotted a missing vent screen which I had not previously noticed. He sent the written estimate within an hour. I went with a different company due to better pricing but that was a company thing, not something the estimator controlled.

My experience with William was most excellent. He is kind, consistent, and professional. He did great work replacing my fireplace insert. He was very knowledgeable and did not leave until the work was completed to my satisfaction. Also, Ashley was responsive to all of my questions and feedback. I commend her for answering the phone every time.

I had a wonderful experience with Service Guys! He was prompt, determined the problem with my gas logs and had them back in operation. He even took the time to demonstrate how to manually light if necessary. He enabled me to make it through the Nashville ice storm for three days with no power. I can’t thank them enough. AND very reasonably priced.
Ended up not needing them, but they were professional and quick to respond.

Our specifically asked this company for an estimate for implying a top damper. Something we got $300-$400 quotes for from every other company. They would not give me an estimate which is already an annoying practice, but said that they would send out a tech to give a free estimate as you can see in the photos below. Not only did the appointment get rescheduled the night before from 10 AM to 2 PM but the tech showed up 10 minutes past the very end of the hour and a half wind leaving my entire day waiting for a quote essentially. I wanna make sure everyone knows that the tech was wonderful and super nice, this is not his fault. However, we were told that in order to get the measurements of the chimney for the damper, something that was very, obviously going to be needed from the beginning, he said he would have to charge me an inspection for going on the roof. He said he would waive it because obviously I’m not paying that, but that was very frustrating to hear. Then he said he would have to charge us a service fee for the visit. I immediately said no and texted the people I had been communicating with. Not only is $537 in labor insane for a simple damper, but I was distinctly told this would be free for an estimate. They refused to give me and they tried to charge me two separate times. Scammy, dishonest, and a huge waste of my day. I’m incredibly annoyed. I won’t be using them again.
They serviced my natural gas fireplace to get it back working, I had never used it in the 9 years I lived in the brand new house. It took him about 45 minutes to diagnose the problem and fix it, cost $467.00.
They were able to service my natural gas fire place and get it back working which I’m very happy about. My only gripe is the price of $499.00 for 20min of servicing which included some light vacuuming of the fire logs and cleaning the pilot so it could light up again due to the none usage. Had I known myself this was all it took to get my fireplace back working, I would have YouTubed it and saved myself the money. I would recommend them if you don’t mind spending the money or if your fireplace requires extensive servicing.
They said they would assess the problem for free. The person came, and told me that I had to pay for the diagnostics. So, I don't know what free estimate means.
