Dennis and Charles did a good job restoring and painting my deck. They power washed, scraped, prepped, and applied two coats, giving the deck a much cleaner and refreshed appearance. Communication was professional, and Dennis was responsive throughout the project. My deck is older so, there were areas that weren’t perfectly uniform, but overall the finished product looks good and significantly improved the appearance of the space. The railings, stairs, and deck surface all came out clean and bright. I appreciate the effort and would consider working with Dennis again for future painting and deck maintenance needs. This is a great team of guys! My home (shutters, front door, and garage) looks amazing. I started to get cold feet about painting my garage black but Dennis encouraged me to go for it — so glad he did! Beyond happy with the outcome :)

I hired this company for interior painting and new vanity installations in two bathrooms. The communication prior to the project was excellent. I received detailed information about the products being used, and we confirmed the start date and pricing without issue. The project began a bit late due to a worker experiencing car trouble, which was understandable. On Day 2, work resumed. I did have additional patching and wall smoothing needed from previous DIY projects, and the added cost was explained and paid. Because of the extra patchwork, the crew left around 2:00 PM. On Day 3, painting began and progress was steady, though the crew again left around 2:30 PM. By Day 4, the painting was completed and one vanity was installed. Unfortunately, the vanity was installed incorrectly, and the countertop is off-centered. The crew left before 3:30 PM that day. I later added shower glazing services and was waiting on supplies for that portion of the job. A couple of days after completion, I reached out because the sink was leaking and one wall needed an additional coat due to the darker paint color. On January 21st, I requested available dates to have these issues addressed and was told I would receive follow-up after the schedule was checked. To date, I have not received any communication. Additionally, I had to hire and pay a plumber out of pocket to correct the sink issue, despite being told that a plumber would be handling the vanity installation. I truly try to support small businesses, but this experience was disappointing. I ended up paying additional and unexpected costs due to errors that should have been handled by the contractor.
I hired Service Professionals to paint my children’s rooms. They were very responsive throughout the entire process. I also appreciated how I could ask questions and they were open to expounding on things I didn’t understand. I look forward to hiring them again for future projects.
Dennis and his team were exceptional. They gave me a fair quote for interior painting of my rental property, and Dennis went above-and-beyond with clear communication, expert advice, and fixes around the property that he noticed beyond the original work. He had a thoughtful eye towards the details, and kept me updated the whole way. Communicating with Dennis was quick and easy. I had an exterior paint job I needed completed within a couple days and he was able to get someone out next day no problem. The painter, Larry was very nice and did an amazing job. Will definitely go back to Service Professionals!
