I first had another plumber come to deal with a clogged toilet in my basement. The guy made a mess and said that it would require an hydrojet and cost $1,300 to solve the problem. I was suspicious so I called Sewer and Drain instead. Their guy solved the problem for a fraction of the first price and without the need for an hydrojet. He also ran a camera in the pipe and showed me that the cause of the problem was roots breaking into the pipes. Those two experiences were night and day, thanks Sewer and Drain!

Great same day experience with this company. My tech Roy came out and walked through what I thought was a plumbing issue. He assured me that it wasn’t and refused to charge me for work that was not necessary. He was very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. If I needed a plumber, I would definitely give them a call.

Last fall, a tree root invaded a sewer pipe in our front yard, and these guys found the problem from a small leak in the basement, dug their way to it, and repaired it just before the snow hit. They also installed a new tpilet on the house. This fall, they proved no job is too small by nodding a shower and tightening a faucet.

Ok, SO, the work done for this project was on a nearly all-original 3-unit residential building built in 1878. The all-original part includes nearly all-original plumbing. The project consisted of making numerous repairs to 3 water heaters, installing plumbing for two combo washer/dryers and installing plumbing for a wash tub as well as the installation of the wash tub itself. Not only was the work done as described, it was done in a single day (no guarantee that will happen with your project, of course)! The system used to schedule appointments and work through the quote process is all electronic. Appointment reminders are sent and arrival text messages are sent at 30 minutes out, 15 minutes out, 10 minutes out and 5 minutes out. The communication can be electronic or by telephone which made working with them very easy being on 100% global travel for work. They cleaned up the mess made during the work and took all trash and leftover materials. This was by far, and without exception, the best plumbing experience to date. Schedule your appointment now!

They did absolutely wonderful work with our outdoor drains. We had a job that was supposed to be simple and then turned into much more necessary work than we thought, and they took it on without any complaint. Worked hard all day into the evening for three+ days, communicated well, explained everything thoroughly (no hidden costs/work we didn’t understand), and I would hire them again any time in the future. Roy came out promptly (and I got a few alerts to my phone when he was 30 minutes away, then 15 etc -- which I appreciate especially when you're quoted a window of service time). He came to re-secure a bathroom sink to the wall as the caulk came off over the years and the sink started to sag. Roy was super professional, very knowledgeable, told us the options and offered a good solution where we wouldn't have to turn off the building's water main. He added a couple of brackets for better support into studs in the wall and resealed with new caulk. Roy thoroughly explained what he had worked on, made sure there were no leaks, and even changed out a slip nut on the p-trap to ensure it wouldn't leak. He also asked me a few times if I had any questions or concerns. Roy really seemed to know his craft and I would request his services again.
They only got 5 stars because more was not an option. Highly professional with their diagnosis and cost to fix my garbage disposal. Highly recommended .
hired this company about two weeks ago to have time to observe the work. drainage system was clogging badly in the basement. I am happy to say I haven't had anymore problems. I would definitely hire again if needed in the future
