John & his fellow associate did a great job installing our water heater, expansion tank and pressure valve. John was one of the few plumbers that mentioned the water pressure valve and the water pressure is very noticeable now with our faucets & shower. As for the water heater, no more loud noises coming from it. We are very pleased with the work that was done. This is the second job we have done with SS and we will continue to look them up for future plumbing needs. We highly recommend thus company.

It was a comedy of errors. They forgot to turn the hot water back on at the water heater and had to come back. Thankfully they were still in the parking lot. Then, they had disconnected some pipes underneath another sink and didn't reconnect them before leaving. It took 2 days for them to send someone back to reconnect the pipes. We had water all over the floor as a result. I would not hire them again, unfortunately.
Our sink had been clogged for several days. He was punctual, quick, and after solving the problem, he gave us some tips to avoid this problem in the future.
