Carlos and his team did a great job with our staircase. They showed up on time and finished the job quickly. The quality was great and were very reasonable with their quote. They also helped repair some concrete issues we had. I would definitely recommend them.

Shaddai Construction services arrived on time and professionally installed new gutters and a new window. They were very professional, kept in contact with me and completely cleaned up after they left.

I recently hired Carlos to rebuild and reinforce my deck, install new railings, paint the entire structure, and complete several additional improvements. The transformation from the old deck to the finished project is incredible. Safety was my top priority, and Carlos reinforced the deck structure while giving it a modern, clean look with the new railings and finish. Even with challenging weather conditions, he stayed committed to the schedule and completed the project on time. There were a few additional items that came up during the project, and Carlos was very accommodating and completed them without any issues. He was professional, reliable, responsive, and took pride in the quality of his work. If you’re looking for someone who delivers quality craftsmanship, communicates well, and follows through on his commitments, I highly recommend Carlos. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again for future projects.

Carlos answered my inquiry in just minutes. He then came out to the property within the hour, gave me a price I found to be very fair, so they started right then. I received before and after photos and videos. They cleaned, and power washed every built-in gutter on my 123 year old home, and left the property immaculate. See the before and after photos. I will call him in a minute for other projects, and already scheduled them twice annually for gutter services. Great company! 👍🏼✅

Carlos responded to my Thumbtack request within minutes. We made arrangements for him to come by and give me an estimate (some just offered a phone estimate). He carefully explained what was needed, including photos of the gutters, and we agreed on a price. He sent me a written estimate as I requested and we arranged for him to return. He returned as agreed and completed the work quickly--cleaning the gutters and replacing worn/missing parts. He pointed out another piece of work that was needed and I agreed to it. I am pleased with the work Carlos and his crew did and am confident my gutters are in good shape for years to come. I should mention that Carlos is learning English but we used an app on his phone for complicated discussions and that worked fine. He is courteous and thorough. I would hire him again,
