Solved my problem fast! Very professional and punctual! Will use them forever!
Sprayed my entire house for me and came quickly as i’m about to have a baby in a few days!
This person I would never recommend to anyone. I hired him to do a job and he told me if the 1st spray did not work he would come back out and respray. Well, he sprayed the first time and then I called him to come back out, because I still had an issue with bees. i called him several times and he never returned my call. He set up an appointment and then he would do a no show. So. I would not recommend him to anyone. I feel like he took my money and ran.
Great experience with this pest control service. We had yellow jackets entering our home through a deteriorated section of exterior trim, and they were able to quickly identify the problem and treat the colony. They were knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, and explained what they were doing and what to expect afterward. We still noticed a few live yellow jackets after the initial treatment, and they came back out for a second treatment at no additional cost, which I really appreciated. They stood behind their work and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Would definitely recommend!
He was quick to respond. I’m a landlord, and my tenants needed someone ASAP, and he got there right away. I had someone come out before Shaffer, but they weren’t able to get the job done. I would definitely recommend him!
I contacted Shaffer Pest Control for a wasp removal job on Friday 09/18. The guy I messaged told me he had openings on Sunday and Monday. We agreed on 10am on Monday 09/21. On Monday, 10am comes around and he’s a no show. I follow up with him on thumbtack and there’s no response. I find this disrespectful of my time and unprofessional all together. It’s just common decency to let your client know if there’s a change of plans. If he would have communicated I would have accommodated. If you’re looking for a professional pest control business, I would look elsewhere.
Responsive and professional, fair pricing as well. Took care of the issue quickly. Thank you!
Called about a wasp nest in the backyard. We were called back very quickly and had the removal scheduled for the day after. They showed up a little ahead of schedule which was great. Had the nest gone in under 15 minutes. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.
The removal of this hornets nest was top notch. He was responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. He communicated with me efficiently and removed the nest within 20 minutes. I know who to call if I ever have another pest removal job in the future.
Filled gaps to prevent rodent access.
It’s Critter Season! We had a family of squirrels living in the gutters on our porch roof that needed to vacate and Joe at Shaffer Pest Control was super quick to respond to my inquiry and up front about prices and options so we could make a plan. He set some very successful traps and then carefully cleaned and sealed the space so no other critters can use it. He was thorough, professional and genuinely cared for the wellbeing of the animals. We’re hoping not to have anymore critter issues but if we do we will be calling him again!
Very quick and 100% effective
Awesome service! Highly ethical professional. Mr. Shader follows through on his promises. Caught my initial sod culprit Mr. Opossum! Thank you!
Joe came out and did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to accommodate our last minute request to remove a hornets nest in no time!
