We discussed doing a deep cleaning when we booked and paid for a deep cleaning but ended up getting a basic cleaning. I had to point out things and ask her to clean certain areas even after doing a thorough walk through initially.
Sharon is amazing!! I am so incredibly pleased with her work in my house. She paid great attention to detail, she came in with a plan to tackle the mess and was a delight to talk to and get to know! Sharon and her daughter did a great job cleaning my new house before we moved in. She is a gem of a person and I would recommend her to anyone!
She charged me a fortune. I asked for a deep clean and gave her a phone call to make sure we were on the same page and I told her that she’ll need more than one person. She did not do anything considered deep cleaning. It was the biggest rip off and a waste of $300. She did not wash on the walls. She did not do a lot of things was in a big hurry to get to the next job. I will never use thumbtack again.
