Doug managed to squeeze me in at the end of the day, when I reached out this morning. I needed 2 wall valves replaced for my new washing machine. The valves were galvanized and corroded. He was prompt with status arrival updates and showed up on time. He’s thorough, professional and completed the job quickly. He’s also a great guy. Doug has my business from here on out.
