I needed an easement written for my rural property in Half Moon Bay CA. It turns out that to do this properly there is a lot involved: wills and trusts, County needs, surveys by licensed professionals and more. Sheila was very thorough and did a great job. Many attorneys aren't experience in this work. Sheila was, and I know have my easement filed and accepted by the County.
