The service was consistently late. The owner was unresponsive or delayed in addressing concerns. Also, it was very hard to communicate with the cleaners since none of them spoke English. After raising issues about punctuality and communication issues, they stopped coming and ceased service. Very unprofessional!
Great Quality of work! Great communication. Highly recommend. Will most likely use again.
They arrived on time, and did a fantastic job cleaning. We were worried they'd have trouble working around our junk but they did great.
Had scheduled an estimate with them for today they said they would be here around 6:00pm. They never showed up no call no text and no show!!!! Goes to show how they treat their customers.
Responsive to quote and sent reminder day of. Arrived on time and professional.
The 2 ladies did a nice, thorough job. The boss came by, too. It was easy to book them and pay as well. I will be using their services again.
