This company did a great job and the end product was beautiful. Techs were friendly and thorough in their work. Handled all questions professionally. The only thing that I thought could have been better is communication on the actual process. This was a rental of ours they were working on and we had another contractor doing some repair work and I should have been told that no one should be in the house when they are applying the materials to the tub and showers. The smell is overwhelming and chemical. It goes away after a day, but I would have scheduled them when no one else was there doing work. I would appreciated the heads up.

If you want a company that does a decent job and shows up on time you may want to look elsewhere. While our original technician was nice, the communication and respect of their customers time is severely lacking. Every single time I had something scheduled they were late, often with no notice. When I initially booked for 8am. I get a text that they will be an hour late because they still needed to get the materials for my job. They resurfaced the tub and my vanity. A few days later, I noticed that they missed part of the vanity sink. Contacted them and they had to come out the following week. The day they were scheduled to arrive at 3pm, however as 5pm rolled around with no communication I reached out. They told me they were unable to come that day anymore and asked to reschedule for the following day for 2pm. At 2, I reached out again as I had not received any communication if they were still arriving at 2pm and was told they were behind and would arrive sometime that day. 3 hours later they arrived and did a terrible patch job of the area that was missed. Now I’m left with a vanity that looks visibly different across the top of the vanity. Some areas are shiny and some areas are a light matte white all across the top. The patch honestly looks worse than before it looked before they arrived.
I could not he any happier with the look of my bathroom after the reglazing. The Technician could NOT have been nicer or have done any better. i highly recommend this business. Thank you for doing such a great job
The worker showed up early. Incredibly polite and he helped me move some things that were heavy because I was renovating and stuff was everywhere. Felt very comfortable with him in my home. The tub and tile looked beautiful.
