Reviews
I cannot say enough good things about Ben & his team. We have been dealing with a leak in our inground pool for almost 5 years. every summer we go through atleast 3 different pool guys trying to figure out where the leak was coming from. We hired ben this summer after reading his amazing reviews & i must say they are 100000% correct. Ben came & found not just 1 but multiple spots where our pool was leaking. We had multiples holes in the liner where he had patched. We also learned that our liner we had installed was the wrong size and too big for our pool so he went out of his way to fix the liner, sucking out the air to stretch it out making it look 10x better. I dont know what we would’ve done if he hadn’t figured it out, 5 years later we have a pool that finally doesn’t leak. i cannot recommend Ben enough. everyone should seriously hire him.
We are very happy we found Shiny Pools! You won’t regret using their services.
To say that I’m satisfied with the job done by Ben and his crew would not be enough. Ben is absolute professional and all around good person who listens to his customers and pays attention to every little detail. The work on our pool wasn’t an easy one as it needed complete revamping that included: re-plastering of the bottom, re-tiling, surface painting and fixing concrete deck. All was done exceptionally well. I strongly recommend Ben to anyone who’s looking for repair of their pool.
Ben was extremely professional. I had several issues with my pool: green, old piping that needed replacing, and diagnosing and repairing my flow issue. He explained everything clearly. He was very responsive and punctual. He told me when he was on way every day and that is one of the most important things to me. Would call him for any future issues.
Ben is a great man! Quick response and care. Thank you for your service.

We couldn’t be more happy than we are! These guys were excellent , on time , no hassle , smooth process! They came to do the job for a quote given to me beforehand and stuck to that Quote!!! They even went beyond for us and changed and tightened other screws which were missing or loose … now our pool is 110% … they even put better screws for me for for the ladder arms … excellent service and will definitely recommend to family and or friends for future jobs! Thanks again 5/5 So much summer fun ahead! Fantastic
Amazing!!! Thank you so much. We will definitely reach out again soon. Wonderful work and the timing was impeccable.
Outstanding Experience! Ben and his team did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They helped us with the replacement of our pool tiles and coping stones, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Ben was incredibly patient, understanding, and meticulous. His expertise clearly shows in his work, and he pays close attention not only to quality but also to aesthetics. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill, experience, and a true eye for design so well. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch pool renovation work. Thank you Ben Shiny Pools ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
