Tech was in time and very professionell. But pricing is insolent. They charged $1500. Plumbers quoted me $400. It is a roughly 3 hours job splicing in a T in the gas line after the meter.
Chris was at my house exactly when he said he would be. I wasn’t sure what my problem was as the evidence was damage to a ceiling. He diagnosed it, showed me the issue and provided options to repair it. He had it repaired inside of 30 minutes including the time he stopped on my porch to love on my cats :). Would recommend to anyone!

Showtime Express installed a hot water T valve under the sink for a new dishwasher installation. Although it was a relatively small job, I was treated like a customer who mattered. The response to my initial contact was immediate, the job was done in a professional manner less than 24 hours after initial contact, and at a reasonable price. I will call them again in the event I need a plumber.

Eric came out and the issue wasn't what we thought it was. He was soooo nice and even obliged and allowed our 9 month old Goldendoodle to assist. In a day and time when you don't encounter genuinely nice people on a regular basis, Eric reminded us that kindness still exists. You have a gem of an employee!! We will continue calling on Showtime Express Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs and make sure our family and friends know about them as well.
Punctual and responsive re: free estimate, but ultimately not helpful. I needed an invoice detailing what was assessed as I’m a renter. I was told by the plumber this was not an issue during their visit, but upon following up I was told it would be $125 to provide a simple breakdown (which could have easily been added via editing the invoice pdf) of the locations of the house that were assessed. If this is indicative of their pricing structure, I would recommend asking detailed questions regarding every aspect of the costs of their services before committing to any work being handled.
