Bass is literally the best! He is extremely reliable, thorough, professional and always on time. He has inspected at least four properties for me so far, and I have never regretted choosing him, not even once! He takes his time, pays attention to every detail and makes sure you understand everything. His prices are also very reasonable for the quality of service he provides. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my home inspections. I highly recommend Bass and Side Eye Inspections!

About Side-eye inspections
Buying a home without a thorough inspection can cost you thousands. I help you catch problems before they become your problem. Clients hire me to uncover hidden issues most people miss — including leaks, structural concerns, and safety hazards — so they can negotiate, walk away, or move forward with confidence. I’m known for being extremely thorough, easy to work with, and delivering fast, clear reports that actually make sense. (Many clients say I find issues they never would’ve noticed.) You won’t feel rushed, and you won’t leave confused — you’ll understand exactly what you’re buying. ✔ Detailed inspection — no rushing ✔ Clear, photo-backed report within 24 hours ✔ Advanced tools when needed (thermal, moisture, drone) ✔ Flexible scheduling — including weekends I book up quickly, especially during busy weeks. If you need an inspection soon, send a message and I’ll get you scheduled fast.

Abbas was professional and thorough with his inspection of a new one bed one bath condo. Check all appliances and electrical. Written report within 24 hours with photos.
We would give Abass 5 stars all around. He gave us a complete and detailed report with pictures. He showed up on time and took his time with the inspection. He answered any questions my husband had and was fairly priced. We would highly recommend both Abass and Side Eye Inspections!
Abass was very responsive and we were able to quickly schedule an inspection of a co-op in Brooklyn. He walked us through the inspection and provided a thorough report afterwards. Highly recommended.
