Didn't show up at booked time so I called to see if they were on their way. Told me they had forgotten about our event (We booked and payed over a month ago). Ended up coming 1.5 hours late and still put out a tip jar. Never really apologized or offered us some money back. Extremely unprofessional, would not hire again

All of our designs are customized by a professional editor to fit any event theme or color scheme. We receive countless compliments about our props! Each event will recieve a prop table full of quality event related props. We also offer add on options of 4x6 prints, green screen, and memory book. You will receive unlimited prints/videos for you and all your guest. As well as excess to digital copies at no extra cost.

I was unable to download the app. This makes it difficult to get pricing. Very unhappy with this.
After receiving a prompt quote for a fair price for the service, they stopped all communication 1 week before my event. I even received a message prior to this saying they were excited to work on the party but couldn't get a response after that. 3 follow up messages and 3 phone calls to the business... nothing. If you found something better, at least let me know so I didn't have to waste days before finding another business to provide a photobooth at the last minute.
Great experience - pictures turned great and everybody loved them. I highly recommend them for any party or event.

Robin was great to work with; she made some nice backgrounds for our photos and I like that she offers 4x6 prints.
