Sid was great! He responded to my request for a water heater issue quickly. The water heater needed to be replaced and Sid noticed it was still under warranty and helped me get a claim processed. He went over and above making sure I could purchase replacement parts directly and completed the job quickly and efficiently. It was a real pleasure working with Sid; he is totally into customer service and made this process easy for me especially since the job was in Colorado and I am in Florida. I will definitely contact him for any future repairs.
Sid is a pleasure to work with. Prompt, professional and high quality work. Will definitely keep his contact information handy.
Installed the ceiling fan with no issues. Kind and professional.
I would not hire this pro again. His visit fee is low which you must pay whether he performs work or not, but his repair price is extremely high. Once you hire him you are stuck paying him to do nothing if he does not repair anything. I had a sprinkler head that needed to be replace and it was bent. He was going to charge me to replace the sprinkler head and an additional charge to straighten it.
Sid installed 2 toilets for me in a duplex. Really appreciated all of his communication, recommendations, etc. Reached out to have him return and replace toilets on the other side of the duplex now! Great handyman service.
Sid was fantastic! He arrived on time, as promised, and knew exactly what I needed done. He got straight to work and completed the job efficiently. When he was installing the new water line, he cleaned up the work area so well that it was as if he hadn’t even been there! There was no mess, just a brand new, well-done job with no leaks in the water line. Sid’s exceptional work impressed me so much that I’m already considering asking him for other projects in the future. I’ll definitely be calling him again for my future endeavors! Thank you, Sid! Well done!
Sid was quick to respond and came out the very next day. Instead of suggesting multiple expensive fixes, he took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue and pinpoint the exact cause. His honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly refreshing. It’s clear he cares more about solving the problem right than making a quick buck. Highly recommend!
Sid was very professional and I like his work ethic and he was very honest with me and his prices are reasonable and I will my friends about Sid.
Sid was excellent to work with. He clearly articulated the plumbing problems and provided an exact quote on how much the repairs would cost. He was very patient and explained how these issues can be avoided in the long term. Highly recommend him! Will most definitely use his services again!
Very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond by explaining potential issues.
Sid did the lords work in my son’s bathroom, he fixed the work of a lazy plumber. Even the cast iron pipes didn’t hinder this man’s ability to complete the job. I absolutely plan on using Sid again for my future plumbing needs. Thank you Sid. You are appreciated and so is your work!
My second time working with Sid. His professionalism comes through as he explains what he is going to do. Great work as with the first project. Will definitely work with him. Thank you.
Sid was absolutely great to work with! He called me immediately, reviewed the project and pictures I provided, gave me a quote over the phone and we scheduled the work for the
Sid did an amazing job installing a bathroom vessel sink, drain kit, faucet, and a new exposed p-trap. He added a new kitchen sink faucet for us as well. We appreciated his hard work!
Sidney was great. He was on time and put together my wardrobe very quickly. Nice gentleman and very professional. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
Sid was fast to respond and scheduled the job to be done next day, however the job was poorly done. I have a brand new home with a brand new tub and I expected the holes in the tub to be professionally repaired. But he just came with a repair kit and filled the holes with patches. There is a way to repair making the patches to look seamless. So now I have a brand new tub with patches. I have reached Sid about that and he didn’t accept my complain and the fact that I wasn’t satisfied. He didn’t even offered to fix it. I will have to hire a company to do the job again.
I wanted to replace my kitchen sink and faucet. Sid came over and replaced my old sink efficiently. I had a plumbing problem in my shower which he also fixed. If you’re into knowledge & efficiency, Sid is the contractor for you.
