Elvis and his team were exceptional. I appreciated his honesty and professional opinion regarding the state of our gutters. He was respectful and punctual. And most importantly he and his team are very dedicated to the quality of their work. Our gutters were spotless and the guards were very meticulously placed. He was easy to communicate with and I like that he provided pictures of his work before during and after completion of the project. We got three quotes and his was competitive. We would not hesitate to hire him in the future!

Elvis is knowledgeabe and does beautiful work. We had a couple of decks that needed to be repaired/replaced. Elvis talked through all of our options and took the time to explain everything to me. We are very happy with his work and his attention to detail. He's also a very kind guy, along with his entire crew. Thank you Elvis! We will definitely hire him for any future needs. I would highly recommend Siendho construction.
Hired them to replace our roof. Elvis sent updated pictures of the roof including all the roof deck damage we didn't know were there. They did a great job and cleaned up everything when they were done. We would definitely use them again for other jobs and would refer them in a heartbeat!
We discussed ripping out old stairs and replacing with new wooden stairs. They provided a detailed quote and did adjustments to the design and installation as required by the steep pitch of the land. No wood is touching the ground, posts are cemented and other concrete supports as needed. Should last a long time. I am very pleased.
Elvis and his crew did an incredible job building steps on our slope to the dock. He was professional, answered all our questions, and was responsive whenever we had questions. We highly recommend Elvis for your landscaping needs!
The best around. Let me say it again, the best around. Elvis and his team are honest, strike a good deal, and do incredible work. Elvis knows if I ever need anything deck, porch, or roof related that he is my first call. He extended our deck 6 feet and made the previous deck builder look like an amateur. Please consider Elvis and his team for any of your needs.
I am very happy to have hired Siendho Construction LLC to fix the shed roof and also clean out my gutters. They contacted me very quickly and set up a time to do the work within days. They provided strong advice on what I should do as far as changing out the roof or just fixing it. They sent pictures of the before and after work and that was very helpful. It is nice to have a project work so smoothly and the price was also fair and reasonable.
I am so glad I chose Siendho Construction for my project. Elvis was super friendly, patiently answered all my questions, and gave me an amazing price for the work. They tore down my old deck and built a new one in 2 days with excellent craftsmanship. My deck is beautiful. Elvis was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. And even better, he gave me a great deal on pressure washing my house and windows after finishing the deck so I knocked out 2 jobs at once! Don’t hesitate to choose Elvis and his crew for any project you have. ☺️
Cleaning gutters after (our) years of neglect is a nasty job. And with foundation plantings directly underneath, can be all sorts of aggravating outcomes. Be that as it may, Elvis & his team completed the project on time, at a high quality level at a fair price, but with no collateral damage. He is a pleasure to work with, and is on our short list of reliable and professional contractors in this area!
Elvis from Siendho Construction was amazing to work with. His workmanship was excellent, and he was fast and efficient. I am already having him estimate another project on our mountain home.
