The company contacted our office right away and was able to schedule a pick up on the same week. Will definitely keep using this company in the future.

I highly recommend SIERRA SHRED... it is a welcome surprise to see there still are companies that understand the true meaning of customer service. The level of communication throughout the entire process was outstanding... on time, price quoted was price paid. I will certainly recommend to my friends, family and NEXT DOOR members, and of course, I will be a repeat customer.
