I had gone with a different company and after 3 months and no progress, we parted ways. I had the material and no installer. One call to Oscar Silva and I had stone masons at my house by 7 AM the next day. They did a fantastic job and completed the stone addition to my house perfectly and at a reasonable price. My neighbors use the word "stunning" when describing the completed work. I would not hesitate to call Oscar first next time I need work done.

Reviews
It was a small job, but it was done quickly and with great results.
There was a very prompt response to my inquiry & request for an estimate. I was also pressed for time in getting the repair completed. They were very accommodating and did an excellent job.
I hired Oscar to help create my dream home pottery studio, which had specific needs. There were a few glitches along the way, including a disappearing subcontractor that delayed the project and added costs. Oscar managed everything, including my initial disappointment, professionally, and got the final product accomplished up to my dream. My studio is not only well done functionally, but it's beautiful! I am so happy and would both use Oscar and his team again and recommend them highly.
Excellent work and completed job when he said he woud
Silva has not only met my expectations but has exceeded them! I have had bad experiences in the past when hiring other companies and Silva construction has eased my fears . I’ve hired them to do several jobs for me and they are all going very well and I am getting the results I have always wanted for my home. Oscar Silva is available at all times to answer questions and explain everything. This company does everything possible to insure their customer’s satisfaction!
We had a block wall put in and a new one built. They did an excellent job!
Love his company. Came out and worked with me on my project and listen to details. He was able to start right away and worked with my budget. Wall turned out beautifully and I highly recommend. Look forward to doing more business in the near future. So happy to have found him.
Oscar Silva and his crew did an excellent job for me. Oscar listened to what I wanted, showed up promptly and did a great job. He’s very nice, was patient with me and my decision making and I ended up with a really nice wall and very happy neighbors. I can’t recommend Oscar highly enough.
Oscar is great. He came quickly, gave a bid extremely fast, bid was accepted and he was on the job in 3 days. There is still a lot to do but they are almost every day. Can't wait to see the finished product.
We hired Oscar (Silva Diversified Construction) to repair and raise the wall around our backyard. From time of HOA approval to making the first payment, to time work srarted, it was approximately two days. The quality of the work his workers did, we were highly impressed. Oscar recommended reforcing the wall where our large dogs were jumping, and he explained how it would be done. The paint crew, wow... how they blended the colors, just amazing. I do have some other work that needs to be done, I will definitely be calling Oscar and getting quotes from him again. Knowing the quality of work, from experiencing it, that will be a leg up for him.
There were a few glitches with the subcontractor, but Me Silva quickly responded and sorted our the the issues.
Contractors text: Outside. Black Durango? Myself: I tried to call him directly after noticing he might be at the wrong property Contractors text: Please text me. Myself: My apologies should be a grand marquis gated yard. Did u need someone to be outside? Contractors text: Tomorrow Myself: Unnecessarily You were at the wrong property I went out of my way to have some there. I have cameras that I can monitor from wherever I'm at and I'm watching no one showed up so I will ask to never mind my project. I will leave a review thanks Contractors text: I was there. And yes. Nevermind
Oscar did a fantastic job on our porch. The work was done on time, even with the rains that came, and he was always in touch and accessible. The workers were efficient, friendly and did outstanding work, and went above our expectations. We would hire Oscar in the future anytime for any other projects we need. Thank you Oscar for making our experience A-1!!!
Mr. Silva provided us a detailed and fair quote and was able to begin work within a weeks time. Workers arrived on time every day and were fun to have at the house. More importantly, the work they did was exceptional quality.
Oscar was very professional and responded quickly to our request. His team did excellent work. We ask him to do a small job. He still treated us with the same detail and concern as if we were doing a large remodel. You won’t regret it if you hire him as your contractor.
Never even got back to me about looking at the job or giving an estimate. Just stopped responding to messages and totally blew me off. Look elsewhere.
Oscar did an amazing job. He was on top of getting my concrete foundation done quickly and professionally. He was very transparent about the entire process. I will be hiring Oscar again soon.
Oscar and his crew did a great job! We had our concrete installed within a week after our initial meeting and it looks great! They added aprons to our driveway, extended our patio, and installed a pad for a swim spa - very reasonable pricing!
The work looks great and I was happy that it was done so quickly. Very happy with the end product. I would recommend this company.
