I paid for deep cleaning and it was just like a regular cleaning. The kitchen floor is still dirty and some sand like texture as well. Some things not wiped down. Kinda disappointed for the amount I paid.
They did a great job cleaning my apartment for a move out and even accommodated a last minute change to clean out our fridge. Highly recommend!!

Dery is the best! he’s very professional and attentive. also patient and friendly towards our puppy - he really knows well how to get along with dogs. Our corgi always barks a lot at the cleaners but Dery made himself the only exception.
I’m disappointed with this service. I booked a basic home cleaning, which, according to their listing, includes trash removal, cleaning floors, sink cleaning, and general tidying. These were not done. Trash was left, the sink wasn’t cleaned, dishes remained, beds weren’t made, and the back hallway I requested to be mopped still had marks. There was also debris left in the couch, and the home didn’t appear to be cleaned with proper products. I was later told this would be considered a “deep clean,” which doesn’t align with what’s advertised. I still had to clean my home afterward.
When I asked for a deep clean and pay for a deep clean I expect them to mop floors - kitchen, bathroom dust, vacuum all rooms. I was so disappointed. The house smelled clean but it was Not!
The cleaners went above and beyond to ready my 3bed/2bath house for its new owners. They left the house absolutely pristine.
Communication was great. The person who helped me get set up was very helpful. I was not thrilled with the cleaning. The top of two dressers were damaged by whatever cleaning products were used. Additionally, all of my furniture was left pulled out from the wall and misplaced, so it took me about an hour of arranging after the cleaning. Also they left my white shower curtain tied up and it was stained and wrinkled. They did a good job vacuuming though.
Cleaners seemed very new and did not do great job with most of the places. They seemed in hurry and forgot to clean kitchen completely. while they were loading cleaning material in the car I had to call and mentioned kitchen cleaning is still remaining. Still overall decent job for the value.
