Troy is a great problem solver! He rebuilt a tile shower seat that was leaking into the basement ceiling & he retiled the floor making it safer for our 96 year old mother. He even helped us know where to find tiles that would complement the existing colors from 25 years ago! When you don’t want to redo your entire shower, call Troy; he’s very creative, professional, neat and punctual too!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Silver Island Tile., and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Troy tiled my bathroom beautifully. His work truly transformed the entire look. From start to finish, the he demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. The pricing was very competitive, and Troy always arrived on time, which I greatly appreciated. The quality of his work is truly second to none. I highly recommend Silver Island Tile. You won’t be disappointed! — Feel free to modify any part of it to better reflect your experience!
Great experience overall! Showed up on time and performed the highest quality work. Excellent communication throughout. Could not recommend more highly
This guy will now be the only person I use for tile. Very professional and excellent quality. Wow. I’m so happy.
They did great work and were very professional. I highly recommend them.
I had some loose tiles in a rental property. They came out quickly and fixed them within a couple of ours. The tiles look great and have held up. Thank you!
I hired Silver Island to install floor tile in my kitchen. They were responsive, professional, and extremely courteous. I will be using them again for future tiling needs this year.
I cannot say enough great things about Troy and his team at Silver Island Tile. To ensure he was being as accurate as possible with his estimate, he came all the way out to my house to get eyes on it. The price - as reasonable as it was - was only beaten by the quality of work. I have had very poor contractors in the past and the idea of having to get more work done put a bad taste in my mouth, to say the least. Silver Island changed that. In fact, I’ve already gotten another estimate from Troy and actually look forward to having work done. Thank you very much, Silver Island Tile!!
Overall good experience. Would recommend.
WOW! Just WOW! Such a positive experience. Troy and his employee John were incredible. We contacted him on a Monday to assist us with removing problematic ceramic tile flooring in our bathroom that appeared to have several layers of cement under it. He was able to be there the next day to remove the flooring. He was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and professional. We honestly couldn't believe what an amazing job he did, as it was not an easy task given how the tile was laid. They cleaned up afterwards and left everything better than they found it! He took the time to talk us and offer advice/tips for when we lay the new tile ourselves and install a new toilet. He was a very genuine guy and is truly a pro at what he does!
To be real on price way to high
He arrived on time, and finished the job in less than a day. The tile looks great! And he went above and beyond my expectations, carefully designing the layout to have a staggered pattern that definitely finishes The look nicely! Thanks again!
Troy layer slate tile on my screened-in porch. It looks wonderful. I would definitely hire Troy again. It is apparent that he enjoys his work and strives to exceed the customer’s expectations. Thank you, Troy!
Troy and his crew did a great job for us. Quick, quality work at a good price. I would recommend Silver Island Tile to anyone for your tile needs.
Troy was very fast to respond, very good to work with and did really great work. Prices were very reasonable for the work and he did it all quickly. While he got it done quickly, he did a fantastic job and it turned out great. Would definitely use Troy again.
This was a difficult job because of the age of the home. There are some uneven tiles and voids in the grout. The estimated time for the completion of the project was underestimated.
Great job! Very happy with the job.
Troy and his associate were so quick to respond to my request for backsplash application and began work within the same week. Excellent workmanship, and did a beautiful job. The finished product is beautiful. He was a joy to work with, and will definitely use him again in the future. Just awesome work!!
Troy does excellent work. He was quick to respond to any questions I had along the way. He started on the tile job within a few days, and was very punctual. He even came out to work when it was below zero and a holiday. I felt I got a great deal on the price of the project. He leaves the worksite clean and since I hadn’t moved in yet, I had no problem with giving him a key so he could work. I will be hiring Troy for several upcoming tile projects.
