Alex was quick to respond to my inquiry to get two 220 plugs installed at my job. He made the appointment for the following day between 9-10am. He failed to show up and did not answer my calls. When I called him from my managers phone, he picked up and showed up two hours late. He met with my manager and coworkers and we showed him exactly what we needed done. He told us that he would send a quote either that evening or the following day 03/05/26. He is not responding to any of our calls or text messages. I find this unprofessional and a waste of time. If he was unable to do the job, that's all he had to communicate.

Omg!! Thank you Alex!! Alex called me immediately and was willing to come out same day for a reasonable cost to look at our pool panel and yet he walked me through some steps that fixed the issue entirely (over the phone!) He saved our day and I will definitely be using him in the future for our next electrical needs.

Alex arrived at my home on time to assess/fix my wall outlet (photo is after the job was done. It was completely melted before) and did a fabulous job. He was professional, respectful of my home, knowledgeable, and answered my questions as they came up.
