I would highly recommend Brandon owner of Silver Tree, he responded quickly, showed up at the scheduled time and the quality of work was excellent.
Brandon was fantastic at the beginning. He came out, checked out the job, provided insight and helpful solutions, then sent over the quote a few days later. As this was a roof claim, the claims adjuster needed to contact him. This is when he stopped responding to texts, calls, etc. The claims adjuster tried several times to contact him, however Brandon has yet to respond. This was over a month ago. We were very excited to work with Brandon, however his inability to communicate has forced us to use another company. I hope he figures out a communication strategy as he is a nice guy and seemed very smart.
Workers showed up same as promised. I had multiple contractors not even look at photos or give me an estimate. Finished in a couple hours. One Siding company quoted complete replacement when what I needed was the fascia in the front replaced, fixed. Very happy
