Silvia came to my house to review the scope of work. She gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable and by the next day, we had agreed on a date and time for her to perform her service. Unfortunately, she never showed up. I texted and she ignored both my messages. I understand that she may have ultimately decided that the job was too small but ghosting me instead of being upfront to let me know that she was no longer interested, was not the professional thing to do. Silvia not only wasted my time, but also delayed my ability to get service done during a time in my life when I desperately need the help. I would not advise hiring her.
