came out to do a sink/garbage disposal repair same day, and the plumber was fast and professional. i would caution people against the hourly rate (the plumber said rates are above $300/hr, which is mind boggling considering the actual plumber probably gets about 40 of that), but this is probably a market-wide fact and not Simba LLC's fault.

Simba sent a tech out right away. Gabriel installed a new sink faucet for me. It was not necessary for the repairs but my choice. Gabriel was great and patient explaining what was needed and what was needed to repair the leakunder the sink.
Adrian was excellent, friendly and professional. He came out a took a look at my outside hose pipe which turned out to be a non-issue. I’m grateful, it would have been really easy to take advantage of the situation and charge for an unnecessary repair. Took care of installing an icemaker in our kitchen. Ran the water and drain lines from the icemaker into my kitchen drainage system, and installed a pump to ensure that any excess water would not overflow and flood my floor. Definitely recommend this company!
Came super quickly . Did not have the part on them but they were super quick and got it within 20 minutes.
I have contacted them...they know how they can improve. For anyone else, be aware that my experience with Tech was one of unsolicited exam of whole house plumbing, then intimidating upselling. That plus a $464 charge for 2 toilet valve replacements, I would never recommend!

We had a major water leak in the front yard and needed a repair man asap. Simba Pluming was excellent to work with! Jordan was our tech and got the work done quickly and efficiently. This was the second company to look at the situation and didn’t quote over 1K like the other company…. Way out of the budget. Plus my husband dug up the front yard and got half the work done already. Great work by Jordan. Very interactive, listened and understood the details of what I wanted. Asked me questions during the work just to "make sure" and offered suggestions as needed. It was tough work (took 2 days) but he ground it out. I will ask Simba to come out again when my floor is done so they can install my vanity and toilet (since I'm nursing a bad shoulder).
I was having a washing machine delivered by Costco. They would not install until the valves were replaced. Simba Plumbing got a tech over the same day I put the request in. Clear pricing. The tech took care of the job and showed me things to be concerned about down the road without pressuring or requiring me to do them now. Job was done quickly and he cleaned everything up after and gave me some things to look for to make sure there was nothing wrong. Basically exactly what you want - quick service, honest, got the job done.
Travis was our plumbing technician, he arrived just when he said he would, he was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and helpful. I would hire Simba plumbing and Travis again.
