Marco did an excellent job. I will certainly seek him out if a future need arises.
They can actually send a quote. The plumber was at my house for hours and did a thorough job but never sent me a quote or responded to my requests for the quote so I could turn it into my Insurance Company! Very disappointed with this Company!
I just wanted to share a quick follow‑up on my basement remodel with Simian Solutions LLC. The team did an excellent job from start to finish — clear communication, reliable scheduling, and workmanship that really shows. The newly finished basement looks clean, polished, and completely transformed. They handled everything with care, kept the project moving, and made the entire process easy on my end. I appreciate how attentive they were to details and how smoothly the whole experience went. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for dependable, quality work. I’m already planning to use them again for future projects.
Work was done effectively and efficiently. Service pro was friendly and professional. Took the time to clean up after, great experience!
Marco was very polite, knowledgeable and professional about this installation. He immediately found a broken shut off valve of which I was not aware and took care ot issue immediately.
Marco arrived within our scheduled window, was very efficient, communicated pertinent installation and warranty information, and frankly did a better job than the plumber who installed our previous faucet.
They were GREAT!!!! Highly recommend.
Need better way to identify selves. we got no card or paper
They arrived, removed the old toilet, installed a new one. Job done as I would have expected.
Never got a quote 2-3 weeks later and hasn’t even replied
I highly recommend Simian Solutions, they are very helpful in educating the client and giving them a solution to whatever problem they have. They are not like these big name companies who's only concern is to overcharge and take advantage of consumers hard earned money. They are very reasonably priced and the work is very high quality, they are prompt and showed up when they said they would. I will only use Simian Solutions for all my home needs! 5⭐️
Contacted this company several times and they responded each time with a new date and time to come and repair some siding. NEVER SHOWED! No messages about why. Moving on to someone else. 😡
I had fortunate timing and a great experience. Marco was able to give me a quote on Saturday and had the time available to do the work on Sunday. Excellent communication, definitely will hire again!
very quick for estimate and repair. great vendor and am already hoping to use them for a soft wash!
They got back to me immediately and finished the job the same day at a fair price. Can’t ask for much more than that!
timely and did great work
We had a great experience. Very responsive, reasonable price, and great to work with.
