I have worked with startups to established business, assisting them activities such raising capital, purchasing assets, and protecting intellectual property. My practice also includes high stakes litigation. I trained as a lawyer at Harvard Law School, University of Cambridge, and Chicago-Kent College of Law. I have published numerous academic articles in law, and have taught courses in law at Harvard University, George Washington University, University of Kansas, and University of Navarra, which is in Spain. I enjoy helping to give people a sense of security and closure. I also enjoy carrying on the legacy of my great grandfather, who was an immigrant to this country and became the first lawyer in our family. He and my grandfather worked in real estate for over 100 years combined.
