I have hired Simon Serves for a couple of large projects, which he has executed very well. The impressive part, though, is that he has fixed 10 or 12 small things along the way. Everything he says about the finishing touches that improve one's quality of life are exactly how he operates.

Simon was great! Very knowledgeable and a great problem solver. I will hire him again and fully recommend him to anyone.
I am so happy that I hired Simon. I personally hate hanging anything on my walls especially a collage. I started this project on my own. After I hung 3, I realized I needed a different ladder near the stairs than what we had and a laser leveler. That’s where Simon came in. He fixed the slightly unleveled frames I did myself and quickly hung the rest. Spacing is perfect and everything is level. He paid 100% attention to every detail. Super nice guy too! Even fixed my crooked door knob on the way out. Totally worth it! Thank you !
Very personable!
Craftsmanship is Simon’s passion and it shows in his work. At every stage of the project he was super responsive and punctual in every interaction. There is a reason he is a top rated pro.
Simon did an excellent job hanging this three-piece artwork in my 1.5 story stairwell. He was precise, professional, and made sure every panel was perfectly aligned and evenly spaced. It looks beautiful, and I would absolutely hire Simon again!
Simon installed a ceiling fan and three flush lights. He found solutions to install the new lighting over outdated old wiring. He was very responsive to my messages and performed the work at a convenient time for me.

He responded immediately, did a great job AND my cat loved him. Highly recommend.
Simon recently installed two doors in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The work was done with a high degree of skill and attention to detail—everything fits perfectly and looks great. He was professional throughout the entire process, clearly taking pride in the quality of his work. On top of that, the cost was very fair for the level of craftsmanship he delivered. I highly recommend Simon Serves if you're looking for a contractor who is both skilled and reliable.
