After several different pool cleaning companies I ran across Mike with Simple Clean. His work ethic and honesty are above all else. Our job wasn’t easy, but he was able to turn our problem pool around . On top of it gave a good recommendation for a equipment specialist . Highly recommend this company !😃

I thought I was setting an appointment for service. Instead, a rep arrives with no equipment, chemicals or having read my initial service request. Upon discovering he had no intention of working, I told him I was disappointed and was led to believe I was receiving a service call for a stated price and not a sales call. After stuttering a bit he promised to send a bid in the next few days and return to service the pool. He ghosted me despite my follow up text. Clueless and unprofessional. I reached out to another vendor on Thumbtack who arrived the next day, provided the service at the stated price. Pleasant and professional.
Hired Mike on 4/21/22. He has missed several weeks of services btw. May and June. Cancelled pool gathering bc of a slightly greenish/cloudy pool. Pool remains cloudy after several weeks of service, he never shows up on the same day of week.4/21(Thur), 5/2(Mon), 5/9(Mon), 5/25(Wed), 6/6(Mon) and on 6/30(Thur) stayed 3-4 min, then he left. Mike said he could not provide adequate service bc of a broken pump. We have had this pump for less than 3 yrs and it is currently running and working. Lights up and can be programmed. Not sure what is broken. Push the On/Off button. The pool runs for 8-10 hrs nightly Note: 6/30 would have been his last day.
Mike showed up on time and was very fair with his pricing. He comes when he says he will, and our pool is sparking when he leaves.
Super responsive. Came for consultation and back next day to clean and refresh our water feature that was green and gross. Excited to have it looking like new again!!! We plan to use the team no weekly or monthly. Thank you!
Mike answered my message to make an appointment to look at our pool same day. He was professional and responsive unlike the first pool company I called and set up an appointment with. He didn't even have the courtesy to call me back to let me know that he is not showing up. Mike did an excellent job of cleaning our pool and we are a very happy customer. Looking forward to have our pool maintained/cleaned by Mike for a long time. My husband said that he has never seen our pool as blue and clean. I highly recommend Simple Clean Pools.
Just met Michael. So far so great. Hired him to service our saltwater pool/spa/and small fountain. More reviews to follow. Looking forward to what I expect to be great work!
