I would definitely use this service again. He resolved all my issues quickly. Before I reached out to Simple IT Services. It is hard to find someone who is willing to come to a home to resolve wifi issues without charging hundreds of $ and anymore we have so many applications. We switched Internet providers and ran into problems connecting all the applications that require 5 G or 2.4 G.
great at responding and having open time to help me gave me the codes to get around windows without wifi and overall just a great person for dealing with issues
