Terrible experience from start to finish. They never gave me the cleaner's phone number, so when I tried to coordinate, I couldn't reach the person actually coming to my home. Calling their official number just gets an AI. Wasted a lot of time trying to reach anyone. The cleaning itself was not thorough, and they broke a cup in my home without telling me. I didn't even ask them to pay for the damage, and I still gave a tip. I cancelled the recurring appointments because the service was so bad, and now they claim my price was a "recurring discount" and are charging me back the difference. Would not hire again, and do not recommend.

I originally gave this company a five-star review by mistake, confusing them with another business. After my recent experience, I can confidently say that rating was entirely undeserved. I paid $450 for a deep cleaning of my home while I was out of town. I scheduled this intentionally to avoid stressing my two dogs, who don’t do well with strangers. For that price, I expected a comprehensive and professional job. What I received was neither. Security footage shows the cleaners were in my home for just 1 hour and 49 minutes — nowhere near enough time for a proper deep clean. Upon returning, I found the house in a completely unacceptable state: The shower and bathroom sinks were still dirty. The microwave and oven had not been touched. Baseboards, ceiling fans, and AC vents were ignored. My office desk still had a clear dust outline where my laptop had been before I left. In short, the service I received was rushed, careless, and far below the standards promised — especially for the price. I am currently awaiting a response from the company regarding a resolution. This review will be updated depending on how the situation is addressed, but as of now, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere
