I woke to a leak in my ceiling and Anthony responded immediately. He arrived on time and immediately accessed the situation. It turned out I didn’t need roof repair but Anthony took the time to check everything else and helped stop the leak. He gave me great advice on how to fix it ourselves. He was GREAT! A professional and gave no nonsense advice and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary work. I will definitely be contacting him and his company for future work. Thanks Anthony!!!
They responded quickly, and did what they promised. very professional.
This contractor did an outstanding job! They were responsive, safe, and accomplished the work in a timely manner. They provided photo evidence, went the extra mile to correct minor deficiencies noted during repair without adding costs. They were professional, informative, and prompt. I would absolutely hire them again!
Anthony and his team from Simple Solutions Contracting LLC were great to work with—professional and responsive. From the very first conversation and visit, he knew exactly what my roof needed. Ryan Homes did a terrible job on my roof, but thanks to Anthony and his team, everything was handled properly. I was very happy with the work and would definitely hire him again.
Excellent work!
Although this company could not provide services due to the scope of work for the project, they referred me to someone else, a great reference for the job. Thank you.
The roof siding of my house came off. I called Friday morning and they were very responsive. They came and repaired my roof within 48 hours on a Saturday. The owner was the one who repaired the damage. He was professional and friendly.
I will not be using any other local company for my roofing services. My roof is steep and due to the very hot weather and rain my tiles come loose every year. This company was very responsive, and communicated what the issue was with my roof and how they could fix it. You can’t tell but its also raining today. A few other companies that I contacted told me that they couldn’t come out in it. Work was done quickly and looks better than the tile work that was done last year. I Highly recommend them.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Simple Solutions Contracting for a roof repair on a 10 year old roof, and I cannot express how impressed I am with their exceptional service. My experience with Simple Solutions Contracting was nothing short of outstanding. They swiftly addressed the issues with my roof, which included missing shingles and a troublesome hole. Not only did they expertly repair all the damage and affected areas, but they also conducted a thorough inspection of the entire roof, ensuring its longevity. The customer service provided by Simple Solutions Contracting was top-notch. From the moment I reached out to them, they were incredibly responsive, promptly returning my calls and texts. I even sent them pictures of the roof damage, and they assured me they would arrive right after completing their current appointment. Upon their arrival, I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Their beautiful and well-maintained truck spoke volumes about their dedication to their work. They took the time to discuss the missing shingles and potential damage with me before getting straight to work. One aspect that truly amazed me was their punctuality. Within just hours of contacting them, they were at my doorstep, ready to address the roof issues without delay. Once the repair was complete, they left the work area and its surroundings spotless and clean, showing great respect for my property. Furthermore, the contractor took the time to verify the current condition of the roof and even discussed its future maintenance needs with me. I appreciated their transparency and dedication to ensuring the roof's long-term integrity. What truly sets Simple Solutions Contracting apart is their fair and honest pricing. At no point did they try to upsell me, negotiate higher fees, or take advantage of the situation. Instead, they provided a quote that genuinely astonished me, given the level of quality work they delivered. Based on this remarkable experience, I can wholeheartedly say that Simple Solutions Contracting will be the only roofer and contractor I ever call for any future roofing issues.
