I can't say enough positive things about the work they did for me in terms of cleaning my gutters, finding a tennis ball that was clogging one of my gutters (ahem...from a few years ago, ugh!), and diagnosing a potential roofing issue. Will definitely use them again!

He apparently forgot our appointment and didn’t show up! After I contacted him (not the other way around…) to see if he was coming he said he couldn’t make our appointment. Trying to reschedule proved difficult so we ended up calling a different company. So I can’t actually rate his actual chimney cleaning service this year.
Very professional, providing great information and displaying pictures of their work.
Best value for a top-notch company. Quality work, on time, on budget. Responsive and reliable. They will be getting more work from us!
Jonny was easy to work with and schedule, kept me updated on his arrival time, was very friendly, and he did a great job. Zero fireplace sooty smell in my house today after his cleaning service! Will use again!
Gave me great insight regarding the status of my chimney. Very knowledgeable. Would recommend
Nailed exactly what I needed with my chimney, it's a beautiful feature of our house now, just in time for the winter.
They couldn't do requested date/time, and not responding to other date requests or messages to reschedule. Moving on to another company.
Great communications, showed up on time and did a great job.
Simple Sweeps did a good job at cleaning the gutters. Yet, could have been better at cleaning up the debris that fell on the ground. They did remove it from the front stairs however not from the newly seeded lawn. This is why they only got a 4 star rating instead of a 5.
Super-fast response and were able to get out to my house quickly.
The guys were honest, prompt and knew what they were doing. Highly recommend!
I recently purchased a home with an electric fireplace in the basement and was unsure if it was operable. I reached out to Johnny, and he was very responsive, prompt, and professional. While the fireplace worked, it was old. He offered to replace it for a reasonable price. My new fireplace looks great and I can't wait to use it. Thank you Johnny!
No response for two days. Never heard back from them since the initial message.
Company responded quickly to my call. Johnny and assistant came out, accessed the job and ordered parts. My main concern is punctuality . Johnny called 30 minutes out from the time expected. Both were professional, wore covered shoes, and worked until the job was finished, when parts were received the next week. I would hire again for maintenance and cleaning. This job was for a gas fireplace that had not been maintained on a regular basis.
Simple Sweeps did a great job installing a new chimney liner for our chimney. Very reasonable pricing and shows up when they say they will.
Outstanding project. Fair pricing, prompt and professional service along with fine workmanship! Very satisfying experience on every level!
I am very pleased and so happy with simple sweeps. We have an old house built in 1924. Since we moved here the gas fireplace never worked. I had couple of people come to see if can be fixed with no luck. I finally decided that I may need to replace it. That’s when simple Sweeps came and worked his miracle. Now I have a working gas fireplace.
This professional was great - gave me a reasonable quote, presented to work within the timeframe given me, got the job done beautifully. Highly recommend!
Great responsiveness and punctuality !! Gave me up front prices to clean and sweep and evaluate !! Completed cleaning and sweeping all three chimneys and a valuated individually with detail. Made recommendations to repair crown or seal crown.
